Harlequin Paint is committed to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your product does not meet the advertised colour or quality standards, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

  • Eligible products: This Policy applies to all products purchased through mineralpaint.org.

  • Return window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a full refund.

  • Reason for return: We will only accept returns if the product does not meet advertised colour or quality standards. Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products are also eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase: You will need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) to initiate a return.

  • Original packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused.

What to include in the Refund Policy

  • Full refund: We will refund the full purchase price of the returned product(s), excluding any shipping costs.

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s). However, we may offer pre-paid return labels at our discretion for faulty or incorrectly delivered products.

  2. Briefly explain the reason for your return and provide your order confirmation number.

  3. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s).

  4. Once we receive the returned product(s) and approve the return, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days.

Important notes:

  • This Policy does not apply to products that have been used, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products purchased from authorized resellers may have different return policies. Please contact the reseller directly for their return policy information.
